You’ll receive instructions to upload your logo, images, and domain login information. Once that’s done, we’ll build your website and send it back for 1 round of revisions.
You’ll get a new website optimized to sell your products and services. On top of that, we’ll provide secure hosting and unlimited ongoing content edits after your site is live.
We do not provide domain names. If you already have a domain name, we recommend leaving it where it is and we’ll point it to our servers when your new website is ready to go live – all we need is your domain name provider login credentials.
There’s no option to cancel or downgrade the agreement early. This is because we distribute the cost of your initial website design and development (in addition to the unlimited changes, hosting, and backups) over 12 monthly payments, and most of the design and development happens at the beginning of the agreement term. However, you’re welcome to pay off the total amount of the agreement at any time and we will honor our commitment to provide our promised services for the remainder of the agreement term.
The development time varies slightly based on which plan you choose. Our “SalesSite” websites can be launched in as little as 2 weeks! Our general time frame for “SoloSite” and “ServiceSite” websites is 3-6 weeks. We offer one round of revisions during the development process – which speeds up the time to go live. Unlimited Content Edits are available after your site goes live.
Yes, but because we distribute the cost of your initial website design, development, and included features for your particular plan over 12 monthly payments, you would be required to pay the difference in cost between your current plan and the upgraded plan for the months that have already passed in addition to the increased cost per month of the new plan.
Keeping your new website safe, secure, and running efficiently is a huge priority for us. For this reason, we will not install your new website on any other servers. However, once your new website is live on our server, you can cancel your current hosting plan if it doesn’t have any other websites or email connected to it. Contact us if you have detailed questions regarding our dedicated servers and hosting.
Because of the increasing complexity and requirements of email, we do not offer email addresses at this time. We recommend using a dedicated email service such as Google’s GSuite or Microsoft Office 365 for your organization’s email addresses. However, we will set up the necessary MX records to make your email addresses work with the outside email service of your choosing.
Yes. We build every website using WordPress, which makes it easy for you to log in and make changes to your website. However, some changes are more difficult than others, and while we do provide instructional videos for certain features, we DO NOT provide website training. We do offer UNLIMITED CONTENT EDITS as part of our SoloSite and ServiceSite plans.
Your subscription will automatically switch to a month-to-month maintenance plan. However, once your 12-month agreement is complete, you own your website and all of its content. If you choose to move your site to another company or host provider, we’ll provide you with a backup file that contains your entire website. Most of our clients choose to continue on our monthly maintenance plans.
Our Unlimited Content Edits Plan covers anything that takes 30 minutes or less to resolve and that can generally be handled within the admin panel of your WordPress site. For example: Adding or editing content like blog posts, pages, etc., editing menus and widgets, installing and activating plugins, and much more.
Emergency Fixes, which include any website issue that is hindering the client from doing business (ex. site down, functionality not working, etc.), will be completed within 24 hours. General Revisions, which include any other updates or revisions that aren’t otherwise categorized, will be completed within 3 business days. See our terms of service for more info.
Yes! When we say unlimited content edits, we mean it! After your website is live, you can send in as many requests as you’d like. *Remember that a content edit is anything that takes 30 minutes or less to resolve and can generally be handled within the admin panel of your WordPress website.
